Common questions
A clear answer.
Before you begin.
Do you only work with breeders?
No. Small businesses and self-employed people are welcome, alongside individual tax-preparation inquiries. Breeders and expo vendors are a specialty.
Can I ask about personal taxes?
Yes. Describe the year, state and broad situation. Acceptance depends on current eligibility, availability and scope.
What should I send first?
A brief introduction. Leave SSNs, birth dates, account numbers, returns and identity documents out of the public form.
How do I know the price?
You receive a proposed scope and fee before deciding whether to proceed. The inquiry does not begin an engagement.
Is Rene an Enrolled Agent?
Not yet. Rene is completing his accounting degree and working toward the EA credential.
Do you offer investment advice or manage investments?
No. Those services are not currently offered.
Can I create a portal account or upload documents now?
Public client signup and document upload are not open. Any accepted work needs a separately arranged intake process.
What if I have a filing deadline?
Mention it in your initial conversation. An inquiry does not file a return, extend a deadline or establish representation.
