When you send an introduction, RENLO Advisory stores your name, email, optional phone number, state, service interest, business type, sales channels, requested period, and contact preferences so Rene can review and respond to your inquiry.

What runs here

The calculator and checklists run in your browser. Inquiry details are saved in Cloudflare D1 and are available to Rene in a sign-in-protected inbox. We do not sell inquiry information or add it to a marketing list. Images and fonts are served with the site.

Hosting and external links

Cloudflare hosts the site and database, protects the private inbox, and provides Turnstile spam protection. It processes network and browser information for those services under its privacy practices. Links to outside websites use those sites’ privacy practices.

Control over your information

To request a correction or deletion, send a new inquiry using the same email and put “Privacy request” in the period field. Rene will verify the request before making changes. Inquiries are retained while follow-up is needed; closed inquiries are reviewed for deletion within 12 months, unless a legal or engagement recordkeeping obligation requires retention. Backups may remain for the hosting provider’s recovery period.

Keep the introduction brief

Do not send SSNs, birth dates, account numbers, tax returns, or identity documents through this form. It does not create a client account or accept documents. A separate secure process and engagement must be arranged before that work begins.
